Join Emily Whinney and Rochelle Selby-Neal for a special evening of Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra at The Granary.

Designed as an opportunity to relax, unwind and reset your nervous system, this two-hour session also supports an important cause.

All proceeds from the evening will go to local charity First Step Himalaya, supporting its work in Nepal.
